Deleted screenshots did not free any space / Удалённые скриншоты не освободили место

iOS keeps deleted photos in Recently Deleted for 30 days. Open Photos › Albums › Recently Deleted › Select › Delete All to get the space back.

iOS хранит удалённые фото в альбоме «Недавно удалённые» 30 дней. Откройте Фото › Альбомы › Недавно удалённые › Выбрать › Удалить все.

Some screenshots are missing / Не все скриншоты видны

If you chose “Selected Photos”, Shotwise only sees those. Open Shotwise › Settings › Choose more photos, or allow full access in iOS Settings › Shotwise › Photos.

Why is my screenshot in the wrong category? / Неверная категория

Open the screenshot, tap ⓘ, then Change. Shotwise remembers your choice.

Does Shotwise upload my screenshots? / Загружает ли Shotwise скриншоты?

No. Everything is processed on your iPhone and it works in Airplane Mode. See the Privacy Policy.

Restore a purchase / Восстановить покупку

Settings › Restore purchases inside the app. Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
