What does Orrery Pro unlock?

The orrery itself is free: every world where it really is, time at any speed, the orbit tours, the facts and photographs. Pro unlocks every mission tour, every world's interior, every sound from space, the 3D surfaces of the Moon and Mars, Earth's magnetic field, the galaxy view and Ultra graphics. It comes yearly (with a free week the first time), monthly, or once for good.

I bought Pro, but it is locked on my new iPhone.

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In the app, Settings › Orrery Pro takes you there; or in iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal. Pro stays unlocked until the end of the period you paid for.

Why does the picture soften while I explore?

Automatic quality lowers the render resolution when the GPU is under load, when the phone gets warm, or when Low Power Mode is on, so the motion stays smooth. Turn it off in Settings › Picture if you would rather keep the detail.

A photograph or a recording will not load.

They come from NASA the first time you open them, so they need an internet connection once; after that they are kept on your iPhone.

The music will not play.

The soundtrack follows your iPhone's silent switch. Check the switch, then Settings › Sound in the app.

Is the sky real?

Yes. Every planet, moon and comet is placed from NASA JPL's data for the date shown, turned and tilted as it really is. Settings › Discover › Credits lists every source.
